The hotels assistant manager is Chris Rock, who essentially runs the hotel while the president continues to pass him over for a promotion to general manager. The powers that be continue to put inept people in that position, like a brother. The executive housekeeper would be Janeane Garofalo, who puts up with the wacky antics of the guests with practicality and deadpan humor.
