Since you have a pretty good GPA for college work, and have demonstrated that you can handle college work. It depends on how full their sophomore class is. With 44 hours, you’d be applying as a second semester sophomore, if everything transfers. You’re applying early enough, so that’s a good thing. As you are a state resident, applying to a state school, if there is room, I doubt they would take you as a provisional or probational student.
