answer:A person does not need to have a Facebook account in order to be tagged in a picture, if that’s what you’re asking. I just tagged my dog (Facebook won’t let you tag inanimate objects, but is apparently fine with pets) in a photo yesterday, and he doesn’t have a Facebook account. You can also post photos to a group. Just go to the group page and click the link to share photos, works the same way it does for your wall, but it goes to the group’s wall. I would suggest posting your grandfather’s picture to the group wall, then tagging it. Note that you can enter any text for a photo tag, you don’t have to select anybody from a list.
