answer:The easiest way to do this is HTML and CSS. It is what the internet uses. Once you get your book looking good as a webpage then it is easy to plunk it into a wrapper in xCode and make it a app that you can sell. HTML, CSS, and Javascript are a hell of a lot easier than Objective C.
