I think I felt worse for my husband, who had to take care of me, than I did for myself. That stuff is the pits. If you’re feeling better now, that is a good sign. Rehydrate, rehydrate, rehydrate. Don’t drown yourself in liquids, sip slowly and don’t try to consume too much at once, but really focus on getting your fluids in. Diluted Gatorade or fruit juice, ginger ale, broth, plain water is okay if you can stomach it.
