No one knows who is doing it, but of course the US, Israel, Great Britain are the usual suspects. Anyone the Iranians lose is a potential delay, but I don’t think there’s a direct cause and effect (two guys equals 4 weeks). But one would have to assume that the continued attrition of nuclear workers has to have some effect somehow, and probably in some way accumulates. The bigger question – if I were an Iranian citizen I would be wondering this – how are these bombs being placed? Is the Iran Intelligence service so lousy that spies are running all over the place killing nuclear scientists? Or – and this is what would worry the government – are Iranians killing Iranians? And if that’s the case, what does that say for the longevity of the Mullahs and their government? I don’t see how the West loses no matter who the assassins are.
