I would love to help, but it is highly unlikely that they would accept someone else trying to get the link to activate your account, or any other information you have provided them. The best advice I can give is to create a new email address (there are many sites to choose from) and try contacting support through it. If that fails, try re-registering with the new email. Then again, perhaps they have already contacted you, in which case I hope this can help someone else!
