An alien that is a black lion might represent a foreign danger (alion = alien). The thing you should look closely at is what the man said to you, and why. One thing I do with my own dreams is to reverse the order of events. Sometimes a dream makes more sense in reverse. Finally, the fish may be seen as having a certain degree of religious significance, as it is the symbol of Christianity (e.g. ‘a fisher of men’).
