answer:You could make it look like one. Here is what you can not do: 1. You can not make it fly, because you have no anti gravity tech (needed, because the shuttle produces no lift whatsoever), you have no impulse engines (which the shuttle uses while at sublight speeds), and you have no portable fusion power source (needed to power the impulse engines, at least in canon). 2. Even if you got the shuttle to impulse sublight speeds, it would be instantly destroyed because you have no deflector shield technology. 3. No warp drive yet, and no matter – antimatter reactor either. In short, your shuttle would be about as functional as a movie prop.
