Answer :

I would guess you want to keep it in barely moist soil and not let it dry out. But don’t over water it either. Maybe check the bulb to make sure it’s not drying out and water accordingly. It’s dormant, don’t over do it. Don’t let it freeze, keep it in cold but not freezing temperatures. I’ve read about them in books but never tried growing one.
