Drink only water. No booze or coffee. No juice or pop. Don’t get sunburnt or die your hair or wear make up. Stop smoking. Exercise more than twice a week until you break a sweat. I’m turning 40 soon and I look twenty. I couldn’t hold to this regime, but I’ve succeeded in doing most of this plan and I feel and look great. Get a solid 8 hours of sleep a night.
