There is not one single definition of a Latino – some people say that Latinos have to come from Latin America, which does not include Brazil. Others say that Latinos can be from anywhere in South America. Brazilians speak Portuguese, not Spanish, so that’s not a way of telling, either. In my opinion, Brazilians are NOT Latinos. But you can disagree.
