a. Identify criteria which will be considered
in evaluating individual performance and
expected proficiency.
b. Provide procedures for maintaining
the firm's standards of quality for
the work performed.
c. Establish qualifications and guidelines for
evaluating potential hirees at each
professional level.
d. Provide, to the extent necessary,
programs to fill the firm's needs for
personnel with expertise in specialized
and industries.
