The easiest way to do it would to order a hard drive dock from a company like Tiger Direct or NewEgg. All you have to do is pull your hard drive out and plug it into the dock. The dock then connects to a computer with a USB cable; this essentially makes an internal hardrive into an external drive. You just transfer files like you would from a thumbdrive.
