Ingredients1 c Unpopped AM Popcorn4 c AM Oat Flakes1 c AM Wheat Flakes1 c AM Barley Flakes2 c AM Cracked WheatOR- 7 Grain Cereal 2 c Coconut (optional)1 c AM Sunflower Seeds1 c Peanuts1 c AM Sesame Seeds(Mechanically Hulled) 1 c -to...2 c Honey or other sweetener1/2 c AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil1 tb Mapleine or vanillaOR- other flavor OPTIONAL 1 c Raisins1 c Dates, chopped1 c Dried apricots, chopped1/2 c Dried pineapple, chopped1/2 c Dried papaya, chopped1 c Almonds, chopped1 c Pecans, chopped1 pk Banana chipsPop popcorn. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl. Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients. Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cool.
