It depends on the salad how high the fiber is. Spinach is much higher fiber than lettuce and is a good replace for lettuce, which isn't very high in fiber. Plus here are a few ingredients that can add fiber to your salad: carrots, brocoli, apples, chickpeas, kidney beans, artichoke hearts, black beans, almonds, peas (I particularly like the frozen variety just washed and tossed in my salad). There are other high fiber foods you can dress your salad up with and eat healthy without a lot of calories and fat. Get creative.
