What You’ll Need:
Sliced white bread

One tablespoon of cinnamon or nutmeg (depending on your taste
A teaspoon of vanilla
Syrup
Bread butter
Pan
Bowl

Procedure:
Get your eggs and crack them into a bowl, careful not to spill any or drop any egg shell pieces in the bowl. Use a whisk or a fork to beat them until they’re nice and fluffy.

Add milk into the eggs, then whisk them together. The amount of milk you add depends on how much egg you used. Add as much milk in the bowl, the same amount the eggs made.
Put in the sugar and vanilla to the egg-milk mixture and mix it in completely. Add salt
Prepare the bread. White bread is the most common type used, but if you want you can try other bread types. Whole wheat is ideal for health buffs. If you want something more traditional, use hard bread such as a baguette. You might need to soak it longer in the mixture though, to soften it.
Turn on your stove, putting it on high heat. Put a non-stick pan on it. Coat the pan with butter or margarine or use a non-stick spray so the bread won’t stick.
Dip a bread slice into the egg and milk mixture, coating both side thoroughly. Put the slice on the pan, then turn down the beat to medium-low, so the bread won’t burn.
Cook one side of the toast until it’s browned, then flip and cook the other side. Make sure the toast is golden-brown, and the egg is cooked completely. Use a spatula to remove it and put on a plate.
Repeat this step for the other slices. If the mixture isn’t enough, cook another batch.
Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top before serving and drizzle with syrup. Serve with orange juice or coffee. Voila, a perfect breakfast!
Some Tips:
Let the egg sit at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before you crack it.
You can use a cookie cutter to cut the bread on the center before serving it. This is a great idea if you’re serving it for parties or special occasions.
Sprinkling brown sugar over the bread slices as they’re cooking will add a sweet twist to your meal.
For a classic and delicious twist on the common breakfast toast, serve a batch of warm French toast. Its delicious taste will definitely wake you up on any given morning.
