Answer :

Your disability benefits will not be attached. You should, however, make an arrangement to start making payments against the child support arrears. Otherwise, the state can attach your wages, your assets, your property, suspend your driver's license and/or have you jailed. Any effort you make to support your child is looked up with favor by the court.
