Last Answer : I took Spirulina for about a month. I did feel better but the taste and burps were horrible. I was mixing the powder with orange juice. So I tried pills. I still had horrible burps. It did make me feel better. If you can handle the taste and burps I would go for it. It isn’t very expensive.
