How to store mushrooms that are not needed immediately?

Answer :

I prefer drying. Cut the cleaned mushrooms into slices and spread on sieves. If there is no possibility of laying on sieves, the individual slices can be threaded on a string with a needle and hung, for example, in an apartment. (y)

Last Answer : Mushrooms do not enjoy acid with their growing space. Put a mixtrue of 1/3 cup vinegar with 2 gallons of water, and spray the infected areas, do not soak. Spray in the morning and at sunset, ... other day for a week, the results are, of course, no mushroom growth. Repeat if necessary. -Birdy
