What watch? Hands or digital?

Dad wants to buy me an 18th birthday watch. They say some better quality for a long time. But I still don't know if hands or digital? What do you have? I see the advantage of digital cameras in that I can shine a light at night. They probably don't have hands, do they? Firefly.

Today it is completely normal that even hand watches have a light. It probably depends on you which one you can look at better.
