I've been thinking about buying a ceramic knife for a long time. I'm not the best at it financially, so I'd rather ask. Do you have experience with this knife? Is it sharp? Is he very sharp? I can't imagine how pottery can cut it.
They cut well - until the first damage ... ;-) Ceramic knives are not bad, but sharpening them at home is almost impossible (so after blunting they are written off) - but mainly they are very fragile, so any impact (eg on bone) easily cuts a tooth (irreparable), you must not "prick" them or chop them (it will break) ... Personally, I will not allow quality steel knives to be sharpened by every skilled ´kuchtík´.
