My cuttings are burning. Can it be fresh breadcrumbs? It's from today's rolls.

I would be quite interested in how you can turn today's rolls into breadcrumbs. : D Only maybe dry in the oven or in MW, but then it will have the quality of older rolls. Maybe you put too little fat or you fry too hard. I fry in hardened vegetable fat, but there are other options.
