I make it ´od oka´, so about: 1 liter of water 1 kilo of sugar, 1 lemon, 20 medium flowers, 1 bag of citric acid I rinse the flowers in cold water as soon as possible after plucking (otherwise the flowers fall off) and pour them into a glass, I add the washed, thinly sliced lemon and let it simmer in the fridge for two days. Then I pour (over the cloth, "solid" what's left "into the pot), pour the sugar and heat it to a boil (I don't cook) with occasional stirring, finally add citric acid and pour the hot ones while still hot. After cooling down, I put it in the fridge or cellar. Unfortunately - I don't know if it will last a year - I have never managed to make so much syrup so far, it will be drunk much earlier.
