black PC display HP ProBook 4515s

Please advice. He didn't turn off the HP notebook, so I turned it off by holding down the button. But since then it can't be started.

Answer :

Which light is blinking, how, and what type is it? Check that the charger is working (and not running out of battery). For now - unplug the notebook and turn off the flashlight for a few minutes. Then put the flashlight back on, or reconnect the power supply and try to turn it on.
