USB does not work

Hello, I have such a problem. When I connect the USB to the laptop it does not respond, while at the bottom of the icons it appears, safely remove the hardware. I've never done this to me before. When I go to the computer folder, the icon of my mobile phone does not appear there, so I don't know how to get to my mobile phone. He doesn't do this to me with Flash. It will load normally for me. I'm desperate, I've been trying for a long time and I need help. Thank you in advance for your willingness :)

1 - you obviously don't have a driver for the given mobile phone, see the enclosed CD for the mobile phone (?), or (you don't specify the mobile phone brand) look for it on the mobile phone manufacturer's website 2 - you don't have usb storage set in the phone menu

Last Answer : You're going to have to elaborate on tits up if we're going to be much help. Was something spilled on it or was it dropped? For the keyboard, try plugging it in a different usb port and ... instead of being online because working with a gimp computer will drive you crazy. At least it does for me.
