How do people live in the village and in the city?

I live in a block of flats by the playground. I've never had anything against children, but it's getting to my brain. Roaring since morning, they have a toy that keeps playing around, but I'm crazy. I have a cigarette apartment stuck 10 times a day because I live on the ground floor and my neighbor goes smoking in front of the house. But I just have to ventilate. There is perhaps a disco trek in the apartment above me, there is music shouting from morning to evening. And twice a day, a neighbor who is ill and does not remember where he lives pushes the keys to my door. That's why I ask how to live in a village? Is there something wrong with you too? I have tried both. Living in the big city and in the village and in solitude. I would say that living in the village is not a problem for a healthy, physically well-equipped and manually skilled and practical person. But he must realize that he does not always have to be in a state in which he is able to function independently in the village. In short, everything is out of hand and thus everything becomes more expensive. Living in the city is definitely more comfortable and "cheaper", but at the cost of frequent loss of privacy. But even in solitude or in the village, you can catch a neighbor from whom there is no escape and that is probably hell. Everything just has its own and I am still satisfied with my decision. But that doesn't mean it will be like that forever. I would say that one should be aware of one's limits and the fact of one's life. Commuting to work, taking children to school, driving a few kilometers for every purchase, occasionally going to the cinema and still taking care of the cottage and garden, so then one probably won't enjoy the nature and peace much.
