Is it hard to learn? I'm quite afraid of that. They have it in Tesco.

No problem - in addition, there is a salesman - so you have any help nearby. You just read what's on the display and act on it - first you scan the goods, then you finish the purchase and pay - in cash (banknotes and coins) or by card.
