Dimensioning - Extension of dimensions

Hello, http://athena.zcu.cz/kurzy/tedo/000/HTML/57/test/index-06.htm / priklad kota 50 ../ I have trouble with one drawing. I have to anch the hole radius. The problem is that the size of the hole in the outline is quite small - I solved this by extending the kitten. Now the nut when I extend the kit is the line, indicated by thick or weak thickness. ? I quote from a technical drawing: Dimension lines They are parallel to the dimensioned dimension and are bounded by boundary arrows (outer, inner - we prefer inner) or a boundary line (the boundary line replaced previously used dots). Dimension lines must not be aligned with contour or axis lines. We place dimension lines and dimensions outside the image and draw them with a thin line.
