What haircuts for fine and tangled hair recommended?

Hello, I'm 15 I have a couple of years of tangled and very fine hair. I have to wash them every day, because the tips are quick to grease. So I wonder if to give a short or not. I've read a lot of advice that it's best for fine hair. I mainly care about hair quality and volume. If you know any haircuts, send me. And I need another special shampoo for my hair. I can't find one. Thank you
