play and chant the song

Hi, I would like to sing a song (specifically Memory by Webber). I have no problem uploading or singing. I am more afraid that if I publish my version I will infringe copyright. Therefore, I would like to ask if any permission is needed from the author or from anyone else and how it actually works. I searched the net for a long time but I didn't find any information. Thanks a lot

Every work of art is copyrighted. Artists in copyright negotiations (ie the artist's fee for the use of a work of art) are represented by copyright agencies. In the Czech Republic, several agencies deal with this protection of authors. try searching, for example, "copyright association"
