How to choose a 3D printer?

Hello, I decided to buy a 3D printer. My budget is CZK 35,000. In the evenings, I play with graphics programs and I think it would benefit children as well (my son wants to go to design school.) The problem, however, is that I don't know much about 3D printers, and since it's a bigger amount of money, I'd like it for that money. the best.
