Does windows 10 offer a start?

I'm thinking about switching to ten Windows, but only that it has a start menu. Is there ? Start menu?

yes, the start menu has returned to Windows 10. So I have to say personally that I missed them in the eights. # :)

Last Answer : This also happened to me when I aborted the installation of updates. Restart didn't help. I hard pulled the switched on PC out of the socket and after switching on, several updates installed themselves and the PC steps as it should.
