Start menu and cortana do not work windows 10

After starting the computer it tells me that the Start menu and cortana do not work windows 10. It offers logout but it does not help. What to do with it?

Answer :

This also happened to me when I aborted the installation of updates. Restart didn't help. I hard pulled the switched on PC out of the socket and after switching on, several updates installed themselves and the PC steps as it should.
