Problem with headphones sound

Hello, I own these headphones https://www.alza.sk/a4tech-bloody-g500-d2142180.htm#popis. Unfortunately, I have such a bigger problem with them. After connecting the 4-pin connector to my mobile phone, I hear such a dull voice. I just play some music but I only hear music and not the singer who sings. I got the hearing aids so I could plug them into a PC the same. It only helps to pull out a 4-pin connector. But then unfortunately my mic doesn't work.

Answer :

Check or have the connector connected. There are 4 wires left channel, right channel, microphone and common "ground". The fact that you have to pull out the connector on the cable in the original reduction indicates a different connection of the connector. Note the connection of the common - Ground and microphone in the "4-pin" variant. Care must be taken to ensure that the paired devices have the same connections. connector connections: to make matters worse, motorola has a different connection
