Reconstruction of the attic

Hello I want to ask how much it would cost to rebuild the attic everything is fine we had it checked by a structural engineer e said it is cool the roof is new electricity there is water also heating too (radiators + fireplace chimney) and two windows there they are too. I would insulate the floor and cover it with wooden planks, and I would like it as a large children's room and we already have the furniture.

Mr. onnisciente is ***** and does not know what he is talking about. A children's room measuring 3x3 m cannot be considered large. Personally, I had a children's room about 36 m and I never thought it was big. Much will depend on the quality and price of the material used and the current condition. For 50,000 you will create a poorly insulated shed in the attic and not a solid room.
