Why don't 3D programs work for me?

About three days ago I bought a new laptop. For the first two days, all programs ran normally. Then blender and rhinoceros (both programs for 3D) started to cut out of nothing, I don't understand what a laptop I have quite powerful, and even those old computers started those programs.
