Mobile phone with a good camera?

I would like to buy a new mobile phone. I care that a small-looking camera that takes quality photos, even in the dark, can quickly take more photos at once, take quick photos without focusing, even with the front camera. The battery should have good endurance, even in the cold, and it must have fast internet. Can anyone advise please?
