Flipchart or blackboard?

Hello everyone, I am setting up an office and I am facing a choice - a flipchart (a board with switching sheets) or a white board for felt-tip pens (http://www.consulta.cz/tabule-bile-a-kridove). What is the more economical option? And if the board - what should I buy? Total budget - around 8K money maximum. Thank you!

Answer :

I would choose the marker board, as you can correct any error. Personally, I would write better on a blackboard than on paper.
