I can't turn on my mobile

Hello, I have a problem. My phone went a little crazy last night. Even though it was charging it still showed me 0℅ and when I disconnected it it normally functioned. I preferred to charge it overnight, but it didn't turn on anymore. She's not responding. Don't know what it could be?
