Why does Windows print antivirus protection off when it's on?

I have Kaspersky Total Security and Windows 10 keeps popping up that the antivirus is turned off: http://www.kepfeltoltes.eu/images/hdd1/2017/04/06/71801.png If I go to turn it on do nothing. But in the meantime I can see that Kaspersky is running.

I think if you're sure your antivirus is running, don't worry about it. Disable virus protection monitoring from notifications to avoid annoying pop-ups. Sooner or later, either the windows or the antivirus will update and the problem will be resolved.
