One room should be leveled with the other and is it better to have 5cm styrofoam with 11cm concrete or 10cm 6cm? Maybe somewhere in between? It will be quite difficult to solve because concrete can only be brought in through the window.

Answer :

I wouldn't calculate the thickness of the concrete layer under 10 cm. True, much more material needs to be loaded, but it doesn’t hurt to have adequate load-bearing capacity. More importantly, be sure to do step-resistant insulation. Let's say THIS. Many people save on this, and then the trouble comes when the perforated styrofoam begins to clog under the concrete. In the best case, the insulation will only get worse, but a thinner layer of concrete can crack.
