Mensim is late but test is negative

I've been taking birth control pills for 6 years, which makes me horrible, because almost every month I don't take 1-2 eyes, which I didn't have much trouble with, max spotting (I know-don't know, don't be stoned) happened, but to my great surprise it didn’t come, which would have been due 4 days ago. I did a test yesterday and today which turned out to be negative. I have a headache and loose stools which is weird because I can usually squeeze something out of myself every 2-3 days. We wouldn’t mind if you got together, we just planned a few months later. :) Can my body be pregnant or just very angry with me and thus avenge my irregularity?
