How to Make Iced Coffee
Sometimes all you need for your day to start off right is a good cup of Java. This coffee is the perfect way to get you in the “morning person” mood. It’s so economical and delicious, your mornings will never be the same without it. It’s also very convenient, because traveling with iced coffee is much easier than traveling with a burning hot cup of coffee
What You’ll Need:
One cup of your choice of fresh brewed coffee
Three tablespoons of sugar (raw or granulated)
Three tablespoons of vanilla or hazelnut liquid creamer
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of ice
Whip cream
Caramel syrup or chocolate syrup
Procedure:
Mix coffee, sugar, creamer and vanilla extract thoroughly, while the coffee is still hot, to ensure that it dilutes completely. Be careful when handling the coffee as it can be very painful if you burn yourself.
Serve ice in a tall glass, preferably with a lid for easy travel
Pour coffee over ice and stir lightly; if you do it to rigorously you will melt the ice and water down the coffee.
Add desired amount of whipped cream and drizzle with caramel. Enjoy!
Making The Whipped Cream
What You’ll Need:
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Procedure:
Pour heavy cream and sugar into a deep bowl.

Once soft peaks form, the whipped cream is ready to serve.
You may whip it for an extended amount of time until desired consistency.
You may also use this whipped cream to sweeten a pastry or to top off a sweet treat such as ice cream or a milk shake.
