The spine forms the structure of our body and carries the weight of the upper body and the head. With the help of the spine we can stand , sit and walk straight. The spine plays a key role in maintaining the balance of the body. The spine helps in flexible movement of the body such as leaning forward , tilting back and both sides. In addition, it maintains the balance of the body by transmitting electrical signals from the spinal cord to the spinal cord , the brain. If the spine is broken or damaged in an accident, it is possible to recover. However, the extent to which the injury has damaged the spine depends on how well it will heal.
