The purpose of Gender Studies is to eliminate inequalities in access to government services, especially for people of all walks of life, regardless of gender. Gender studies also discuss how gender is being discriminated against and how human rights are being violated. According to Gender Studies , the state cannot in any way deprive a person of contempt , neglect and fair rights just by being a woman. The aim of this study is to establish a truly benevolent state based on true human rights by eliminating gender inequality.
