There are five types of sentences according to meaning. E.g. a. Declarative sentences b. Questionable sentences c. Order or subordinate sentence d. Wish or blessing sentence e. Emotional sentences. A. Declarative sentence: The sentence by which a statement is given is called statement statement . For example, Mahin falls in the second class. Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh. I love my country. B. Interrogative sentence: The sentence by which something is asked or questioned is called interrogative sentence. For example - what is your name ? What class do you study What does your father do ? C. Order or request sentence: The sentence which means command , advice , request, etc. , is called order or request sentence. For example, do the math. (Order) Please give me the book. (Request) Will worship the elders. (Advice) Never lie. (Advice) d. Desire or blessing sentence: The sentence which means desire or prayer of the mind is called wish or blessing sentence. For example, be happy in life. (Will) Bless Khaeda Taema. (Prayer) e. Emotional sentence: The sentence which expresses the sudden feeling or emotion of the mind , is called emotional sentence. Such as - Alas! I was defeated. Well done! We won the game. Wow! What a beautiful bird.
