High -speed broadband services , with the exception of WiMax technology, provide access to the Internet over a wide area. WiMAX stands for Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access and its IEEE name is 802.16 . WiMAX is the name given to the WiMAX Forum which was formed in June 2001. Internet service can be provided to thousands of users through a single station. This is done wirelessly instead of cable and DSL (digital subscriber line). There are many areas where wiring may not be possible under any circumstances Wireless connection is required to provide internet service in those areas WiFi 7 is designed to do this An improved version is the Wi-Max 7 It is possible to extend the connection from a single center of Wi-Max to at least 60 sq km. No wires will be required for this work
