Because age has to be mentioned in the cabinet letter along with the certificate. In addition, for the protection of women, marriage certificate or cabinet letter is a proof of authenticity. Kabinnama is a contract or document in case of Muslim marriage. The same is true of Christian marriage. But due to non-registration of Hindu marriages in Bangladesh, many Hindu women are deprived of this facility. The best thing to do in a Muslim marriage is to register the marriage on the day of marriage. Registering in the presence of everyone at the wedding ceremony also increases his social status. If the marriage registrar (qazi) arranges the marriage himself, he will register the marriage on the day of marriage. If Kazi himself does not teach marriage or for some reason it is not possible to register the marriage ceremony , then the marriage must be registered in the Kazi office within 30 days. The issues are: whether the groom is at least 21 years old and the bride is at least 18 years old, whether the bride and groom have full consent to the marriage , the actual witness of the marriage , the immediate and delayed dowry.
