Criminal cases can be filed in the court of the nearest Chief Metropolitan Magistrate and Chief Judicial Magistrate in accordance with Sections 264 , 265 , 28 and 28 of the Penal Code. Complaints have to be filed in the case of filing a case in the criminal court. After hearing the complaint, the court can order the accused to appear in court. If he does not appear as directed , the judge may issue an arrest warrant. Article 284 of the Penal Code deals with the use of fraudulently false devices for weights. According to this section, if a person fraudulently uses such a device for weighing, he is liable - then that person shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or with fine or with fine or with both. Section 285 of the Penal Code provides for 'fraudulently using false weights or measures'. According to this section, if a person fraudulently uses a false weight or measure of weight or length or capacity other than that , he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or with fine or with fine or with both. According to Article 27 of the Penal Code , there is talk of ' false weighing or measuring'. According to this section, if a person possesses a weight , measuring instrument or weights or length or capacity measuring instrument , which he knows to be false, and keeps it for the purpose of fraudulent use , the person may be inactive or inactive for any term up to one year. Imprisonment , or fine , or both. According to Article 26 of the Penal Code , there is talk of ' making or selling false weights or measures'. According to this section, if a person makes , sells or trades an instrument for measuring weights or weights or lengths or capacities that he knows to be false and uses it for the purpose that it may be used as true or used as true .
